Title IX Regulations

The Governor Wentworth Regional School Board, in accordance with the requirements of federal and state laws, and the regulations that implement those laws, hereby formally declares that it is the policy of the Board, in its actions and those of its employees, that there shall be no discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race, creed (religion), color, marital status, physical or mental disability, national origin, or sexual orientation for employment in, participation in, admission/access to, or operation and administration of any educational program or activity in the District. 

Complaints regarding compliance with Title IX regulations should be submitted in writing to the Title IX Coordinator.
