A Portrait of a Learner articulates the knowledge, skills, and dispositions we believe every student should develop as they progress through our schools and graduate prepared for life beyond the classroom. It serves as a shared vision— grounded in our community’s values—that guides teaching, learning, and decision-making, ensuring our educational experiences intentionally cultivate the academic, social, and personal competencies students need to thrive in an ever-changing world.

 

The attributes reflected in our Portrait are the result of many months of gathering input from stakeholders across all  of our communities, combined with hours of thoughtful team discussion and deliberation to ensure it truly represents our shared priorities and aspirations for students.
